fa اثر مراقبت کانگورویی بر مادر و نوزاد: یک مطالعه مروری Effect of kangaroo care on mother and newborn: A systemtic review پرستاری Nursing مروري Review Article <h1 dir="RTL" style="margin-top:1.0pt;margin-right:14.15pt;margin-bottom:1.0pt;margin-left:14.2pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;text-indent:11.35pt;line-height:16.0pt;page-break-after:auto;">روش کانگورویی در مراقبت از نوزاد، روشی است که در آن حمایت از نوزاد از طریق تماس پوست با پوست نوزاد با والدینش فراهم می‌شود. با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی kangaroo mother care ، neonatal ، skin to skin care و preterm در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی pubmed ، sience direct ، google scholar ، SID و magiran تمام مقالات راجع به مراقبت کانگورویی از سال 2000 تا 2016 وارد مطالعه گردید. سپس از بین مقالات مرتبط، مقالات دارای اهداف، روش کار، حجم نمونه مناسب، آنالیز و نتیجه‌گیری مشخص، انتخاب شدند و در نهایت 36 مقاله مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفت. مرور مطالعات نشان داد که تماس پوست با پوست نوزاد با والدین باعث تنظیم دمای بدن نوزاد، افزایش سیستم ایمنی نوزاد و کاهش میزان ابتلا به عفونت، کاهش میزان مرگ و میر نوزاد، تنظیم ضربات قلب و تنفس نوزاد، افزایش رشد و وزن گیری نوزادان کم‌وزن، کاهش استرس و گریه نوزاد و افزایش دوره‌های خواب طولانی و باثبات و همچنین باعث ایجاد پیوند عاطفی بین والدین و نوزاد می‌گردد. روش مراقبت کانگورویی نه تنها به مراقبت مراحل اولیه رشد نوزاد نارس کمک می‌کند؛ بلکه منجر به افزایش سلامت عمومی نوزاد و مادر می‌گردد. این روش می‌تواند یک روش کم‌هزینه و بسیار مفید در رشد و سلامت نوزاد استفاده گردد.</h1> The kangaroo care method in newborn is a way of protecting the baby through skin to skin contact between newborn and their parents. This review study was done by using the keywords including kangaroo mothre care, neonatal, skin to skin contact and preterm. All related articles were published in Pubmed, Sience direct, Google scholar, SID, and Magiran were studied during 2000 to 2016. Finally, 36 articles were reviewed which were similar according to objectives, method of work, sample size, analysis method, and conclusion. Reviewing the selected articles showed that skin to skin contact among newborn and their parents regulated the body temperature of the neonate, increased the newborn's immune system, reduced infection and mortality rate, regulated heart and respiratory rate, increased the growth and weight gain in low birth weight neonates, reduced the stress and crying, increased prolong and stable periods of sleep, and also creates an emotional bond between the parents and the neonates. Kangaroo care method not only helps to care for the early stages of growth of premature neonate, but also increases the general health of the newborn and mother.
